Shipping & Returns

With our 30-day returns policy, we aim to ensure your confidence in shopping with us. You have ample time to return your order if it doesn't meet your expectations.
Jewellery must be unworn and in pristine condition. Earrings, for hygiene reasons, must be unworn for return or exchange. Please return the jewelry with the original tag or include it in your parcel. Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for engraved items, bespoke/special orders, or resized items. Our operations team will assess your piece, a process typically taking seven to ten days.
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at help@olivia-green.co.uk from your registered email address, including your order details. We'll then contact you to facilitate the return process. Remember to request the return within 30 days of receiving your order.

In the rare event of a manufacturing fault, we provide a Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee, offering free repairs for your jewelry.
