Located just by the York Minster, we offer a friendly, welcoming, and relaxing environment where we focus entirely on bringing your vision to life. Video consultations are also available.
Step 02
Consultation
This is your time to share your inspirations, explore unique possibilities, and see your vision begin to take shape through expert guidance. We’re here to answer every question and ensure you feel completely at home as we start the creative process together.
Step 03
The Design & Live Concepts
This is where your vision takes shape. During your consultation, we’ll explore our curated collection of in-studio designs, allowing you to see and feel the differences between various settings, metals, and silhouettes.
Our Head Designer will then create live, hand-drawn sketches right in front of you, translating your ideas into a visual reality. Whether it’s a subtle twist on a classic or a completely unique concept, we believe any idea can be brought to life. Once the vision is locked, we move to a 3D model and if required, a full-scale wax ring prototype to ensure you have absolute certainty before we begin the crafting process.
Step 04
Stone Collection
Once your design is locked, you’ll have direct access to our extensive in-house vault. We believe a stone must be seen in person to truly be understood; there is no substitute for seeing the fire and character of a diamond in real life.
Our Head Gemologist will present a curated collection of stones hand-selected for your specific vision and budget. From rare colored diamonds to any gemstone shape imaginable. Everything is possible!
You’ll gain the expert "insider" knowledge to select your gem with absolute confidence.

Crafting Process
This is where the magic begins and your ideas are brought to life! Our world class artisans use time tested techniques and loving craft and hand finish each piece to perfection to ensure strength, beauty, and durability that will last for generations.

The Final Reveal
There is nothing quite like the moment a client sees their finished ring for the first time. We take immense pride in this reveal and love sharing these moments of happiness with our customers. Because of this, we strongly encourage you to collect your piece from the Olivia Green York Boutique. It allows us to ensure the fit is absolute and every detail is perfect before you leave our studio.
If you can’t make the journey to York, we will ship your ring via Royal Mail, fully insured and securely packed in our luxurious, eco-friendly presentation box alongside your diamond certification
