Discovery Call
Speak to our designer and gemologist, ask any questions, learn about the cost, timeline, and process. This FREE, no obligation process is designed to make you feel confident and informed about the whole custom process.
Step 02
Consultation
Speak to your dedicated designer, either virtually or in person, share your thoughts and inspirations and ask them any questions you may have. If you haven’t already, book an appointment and let's get started creating your dream ring.
Step 03
The Design
We’ll create a 3d drawing so you can see your design being brought to life. Our designer hand sketches some ideas. if required. We can even provide you with a full scale wax model.
Step 04
Stone Collection
Once you’re happy with your design, Our gemologist will show you a curated collection of beautiful stones that will fit into both the style of your design and your budget. Throughout this process, you'll also gain insights into, including the 4Cs.
Step 05
Crafting Process
This is where the magic begins and your ideas are brought to life! Our world class artisans use time tested techniques and loving craft and hand finish each piece to perfection to ensure strength, beauty, and durability that will last for generations.
Step 06
Dream Ring
Finally, your completed ring will be delivered directly to your door in our luxurious and eco-friendly presentation box alongside your diamond certificate and a point of sale valuation. Alternatively, you can pick it up at one of our retail partner stores.
