Delivery
Oliva Green offers UK customers free delivery on all orders. For international orders totaling £500 or more, delivery fees are also complementary. However, orders under £500 for international customers will incur a delivery fee of £35 within Europe and £55 outside of Europe.
We take great pride in each item of jewellery we craft. This hands-on approach requires time, and typically, you can anticipate your beautiful diamond jewelry to be delivered within 1 to 2 weeks from the order placement. If you need it sooner, let us know and we will try and work with you.
UK orders are delivered by either Royal Mail or DPD, providing reliable service. International customers can expect their orders to be shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS or DHL for secure and efficient delivery.
Your package is fully insured against losses, damages, or theft until the moment you sign for it, ensuring peace of mind throughout the entire delivery process.
Our shipping boxes follow a discreet yet secure policy—low-key exteriors and luxury interiors. The external packaging avoids revealing the brand name or details about the valuable items inside intentionally. However, once opened, your jewelry will be beautifully presented in Olivia Green’s eco-friendly jewelry box.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is what has built our company into what it is today, this can be reflected in our 30-day returns policy. Shop with confidence knowing that we've got your back.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been engraved, as well as bespoke and special orders.
Earrings can be returned or exchanged only if unworn. Ensure the jewelry is sent back with the original tag still attached, or include it in your parcel when returning or exchanging items.
We advise that when returning any jewelry piece, it's crucial to insure it during transit. We can't assume responsibility for any losses in transit. Many delivery companies offer quotes for guaranteed next-day delivery, taking into account the parcel's value and the desired insurance coverage.
For resized items, our operations team will need a brief examination of your piece before proceeding with the return process.
To request a return or exchange, send us an email at help@olivia-green.com from the registered email address, including your order details. Upon receiving your email, we'll provide guidance through the return process. Please note, ensure your return request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.
After confirming your return, please be aware that it may take approximately eight to ten working days for your refund to be processed. The specific duration can vary depending on the payment method used for the original transaction.
